Assistant integration

Workflows can be linked to an assistant so you can continue from a run into an assistant chat.

In the workflow builder, select an assistant for the workflow.

Continue to Assistant Chat from a workflow run​

From workflow history/run details, choose Continue to Assistant Chat.

This opens an assistant chat seeded with the workflow run context.

When the “Continue” action is available​

  • If the workflow already has a linked assistant, the UI can continue using that assistant.
  • If no assistant is linked, you may be prompted to select one.

Permissions​

Continuing to an assistant chat depends on access to:

  • the workflow run (viewing run details)
  • the assistant you want to continue with
